Visibility before control

The idea
Z47 identifies an enterprise visibility gap: organisations may lack an inventory of production agents or knowledge of their data access, decisions and output destinations. The ask is for visibility and traceability before effective AI control or governance can be assumed. Discovery, lineage, auditability and controls are the proposed infrastructure layer.
Why this is interesting
- Enterprises cannot govern AI agents they cannot inventory, but visibility becomes useful only when ownership, data access and runtime action are connected.
- A venture thesis describes where an investor sees possibility. It does not by itself identify a narrow buyer, an entry wedge or evidence of demand.
Possible starting points
Agent inventory and access map
Discover production agents, their owners, data permissions, models and connected systems across one enterprise environment.
Runtime approval and audit layer
Record consequential actions and route defined cases for review, intervention or rollback.
Questions to answer
- Which systems provide trustworthy evidence that an agent exists and what it can access?
- Who owns remediation when an undocumented agent or data flow is discovered?
