Source summary

Create privacy-conscious longitudinal tracking beyond training enrolment/certification to employment, self-employment, apprenticeships, retention, wages and training relevance. Use consent-based records, employment signals, automated/assisted follow-ups and employer validation despite changing contacts or inconsistent identifiers. Analyse cohorts, courses, providers, districts and demographic groups, including skill gaps and reasons for nonplacement or attrition. Keep reporting burden low while improving evidence for programme decisions.
