Develop temporary, modular inflatable shelters for combat-unit crews and sensitive equipment at off-base sites in harsh weather. Local teams must be able to assemble and dismantle them quickly; the structure must be compact to transport through hill, jungle and desert terrain, waterproof, fire-retardant with recognised certification, thermally insulated, HVAC-equipped, powered and networked, resistant to high winds, and usable at high altitude while permitting aircraft movement in and out.
