Privacy will be the most important moat in crypto

The idea
Build privacy-native blockchain networks and applications whose protected state creates differentiation, stronger network effects, and durable switching costs for onchain finance.
Why this is interesting
- A privacy investigation needs an explicit observer, a protected fact and a defined boundary. A product can be evaluated on what remains inferable from a permitted synthetic workflow, not merely whether its stored contents are encrypted.
- Switching costs are not evidence of good privacy or customer value. A useful pilot should test whether a user can leave or change providers without an avoidable exposure.
Possible starting points
Synthetic metadata review
Ask a qualified reviewer to inspect a toy workflow’s visible timing, identifiers and outputs against a written confidentiality goal.
Private-workflow exit rehearsal
Prototype moving a small synthetic record between two environments and identify information the operator cannot remove, hide or explain.
Questions to answer
- Can the stated observer infer the protected fact from information outside the encrypted content?
- Would a customer still choose the product if portability were easier and lock-in removed?
